This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit ForgedApex.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our business coaching, personal development, youth mentoring, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is a notice of our privacy practices. Our Terms of Use and any separate service agreement may also apply to your use of the Site or Services.

- Information and documents you choose to share during coaching or mentoring, which may include confidential or sensitive personal or business information
- Feedback, testimonials, photographs, or other content you provide, subject to any separate permission or release we obtain when required
Please do not provide information that is not reasonably necessary for us to respond to your request or provide the Services.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by the third-party payment processor identified at the time of payment. The processor may collect payment-card, bank-account, billing, identity-verification, and transaction information under its own privacy notice and terms. Forged Apex does not intend to store full payment-card or bank-account numbers on its own systems, although we may receive limited transaction information such as the payer’s name, billing contact information, amount, date, payment status, and a partial account or card identifier.
Information About Youth Participants
Our Youth Mentoring program is designed for young men ages 14–18. A parent or legal guardian must make the inquiry, complete enrollment and intake forms, provide consent, and supply information about a participant under 18. We may collect:
- The parent or guardian’s name and contact information
- The participant’s name, age, and relevant background information
- Information concerning goals, development needs, scheduling, safety, and participation
- Information the participant shares during mentoring sessions
We ask minors not to submit information through the Site independently. The parent or legal guardian is the contracting client for Youth Mentoring Services.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Browser, device, operating-system, and language information
- General location inferred from an IP address
- Pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, dates, times, and other Site-usage information
- Server logs, diagnostic information, and security-event data
- Cookie and similar-technology information
Information From Other Sources
We may receive limited information from service providers that support our operations, such as payment status, form submissions, email-delivery information, calendar or meeting information, website analytics, or information you direct another person or service to provide to us.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and determine whether our Services may be a suitable fit
- Enroll clients and participants and provide coaching, mentoring, assessments, resources, and related Services
- Schedule and conduct sessions and communicate about appointments, action items, goals, and progress
- Process and document purchases, payments, invoices, refunds, and account activity
- Create and maintain client records, session notes, action plans, and service history
- Personalize and improve our Services, materials, Site, and business operations
- Send administrative messages, resources, updates, newsletters, or marketing communications
- Protect the Site, our systems, our clients, and others; detect fraud or misuse; and enforce our agreements
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and fulfill accounting, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations
- Carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or authorized by you
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Coaching, Mentoring, and Session Information
Coaching and mentoring may involve personal, family, professional, financial, educational, or business information. We treat information shared in connection with the Services as confidential business information and limit access to people and providers who reasonably need it to operate or deliver the Services.
Coaching and mentoring communications are not the same as communications with an attorney, physician, therapist, or other licensed professional and may not be protected by a legal privilege. We may use or disclose session-related information:
- With your authorization
- As reasonably necessary to provide or administer the Services
- To service providers working for us and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process
- When we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect a person from imminent or serious harm
- When we suspect abuse or neglect of a minor or another person and reporting is required or permitted by law
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal rights
For Youth Mentoring, we seek to balance a participant’s need for trust with the parent or guardian’s responsibility for the participant’s wellbeing. We may provide general progress or participation updates to the parent or guardian without routinely disclosing every detail of mentoring conversations. We may disclose more specific information when authorized, reasonably necessary to deliver the Services, required by law, or appropriate to address safety, abuse, neglect, threats of harm, or another serious concern.
4. Recordings, Transcription, and Artificial Intelligence Tools
We will not intentionally audio- or video-record a coaching or mentoring session without providing notice and obtaining any consent required by law and our applicable agreement.
If we propose using transcription, automated note-taking, artificial intelligence, or meeting-summary technology during or in connection with a session, we will provide notice and obtain appropriate consent before doing so. Resulting recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries, or extracted action items are treated as client information under this Privacy Policy. Automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and may be reviewed or corrected by an authorized person.
Clients and participants may not record sessions unless Forged Apex and all other participants have given prior permission and applicable law permits the recording.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We use providers to support website hosting, forms, email, cloud storage, calendars, video meetings, analytics, payment processing, accounting, security, and related operations. They may process personal information on our behalf as needed to perform their services.
- Professional advisers. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other advisers when reasonably necessary and subject to professional or contractual duties.
- Legal, safety, and rights protection. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Forged Apex, a client, a participant, or another person.
- Business transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
- With direction or consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, authorize the disclosure, or when we otherwise explain the disclosure at the time information is collected.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes without permission.
6. Service Providers and Third-Party Services
Our principal service providers may include:
- Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Meet, for communications, forms, storage, scheduling, and video meetings
- Netlify for website hosting and delivery
- An analytics service (such as Google Analytics), if and when we enable one, for website-usage measurement and reporting
- The payment processor identified at checkout or on the applicable invoice or payment page
These companies process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Our Site may also link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their notices before providing information.
7. Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, performance, and analytics. Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed through your device.
Forged Apex does not currently use Google Analytics or any other website-analytics platform. We may enable an analytics service such as Google Analytics in the future to help us understand Site traffic and usage. If we do, such a service would generally collect information like pages visited, approximate location, device or browser information, referring pages, and time spent on the Site, and would process that information under its own privacy practices. We will update this Privacy Policy if we begin using an analytics service.
You can limit or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. If we enable Google Analytics in the future, you would also be able to use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, to opt out of that service specifically. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features. Where applicable law requires a different form of consent or choice, we will provide it.
8. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to updates or otherwise agree to receive marketing communications, we may send information about Forged Apex programs, resources, events, or services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us at info@forgedapex.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages relating to an inquiry, transaction, appointment, active Service, safety matter, or legal notice.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our general Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without legally sufficient authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Youth Mentoring inquiries and enrollment for participants ages 14–17 must be initiated and completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor submitted personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, contact us using Section 14 below.
A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information concerning a minor participant. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or permitted by law, including for safety, legal, payment, insurance, dispute, and recordkeeping purposes.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, reputable service providers, device and account protections, and practices intended to limit access to authorized persons.
No security measure or method of internet transmission is perfect. We therefore cannot guarantee that personal information will always remain completely secure. If you believe information you provided to us may have been compromised, contact us promptly.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, maintain appropriate client and business records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process personal information about you
- Provide access to or a copy of certain personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete certain personal information
- Explain categories of personal information collected, used, or disclosed
- Honor applicable choices concerning targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling
You may submit a request to info@forgedapex.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. A parent or legal guardian may submit an appropriate request concerning a minor participant. We will respond as required by applicable law and may deny or limit a request where an exception applies.
You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision email with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will review and respond to an appeal when applicable law requires us to do so.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a uniform standard for interpreting these signals, the Site may not respond to them in the same way across all browsers.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will process the signal as required. Because Forged Apex does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal may not change our current data practices.

Changes apply prospectively from the date stated in the updated policy unless otherwise explained.
